Interrand Group is a conglomerate
which has the followings firms/ units: Construction and Engineering, Farm and Agro-allied, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Real Estate among others
Interrand Engineering Limited, the parent company of the group has been in operation since December 2002 and performed in various areas of construction industries before it was incorporated in July 2009 with an authorized share capital, as a wholly owned Nigerian Organization. Our objective is to provide world class business environment services.
Interrand Engineering Limited is a master builder and Engineering oriented unit of the group providing a wide array of services in various areas ranging from civil, building, electrical and Mechanical works
The Company is currently run by strong management team headed by David Omonije a Civil Engineer who is also the founder/president of the group.While Engr. Salawu is the head of Mechanical Engineering Department with over 19 year experience, Engr,. Isiaka, head of Electrical Department with over 18 year experience. Engr. Quadri currently heads Civil and Building Department with over 16 year experience in relevant field.

Interrand properties is a subsidiary group, registered in 2011. It was born out of a desire to keep solving problems. Initially, we are into contract and supplies. We started in Ibadan, then moved to Ikorodu before landing in Abuja in 2017
